Autographed postcard photograph of the mezzo-soprano in her Opera Comique debut role, Mignon.
Baye made her debut at the Comique in 1917 and sung a variety of roles, from Dorabella in “Cosi Fan Tutte” to Margared in “Le Roi d’ys.” She created four roles in the 1920’s for Bruneau, d’Ollone, Milhaud and Rabaud.
